Explanation of $20 surcharge

New water rates went into effect on April 1, 2024. Monthly Base Rate from $55.00 to $65.00 + tax. The $20 surcharge has been added to everyone's bill by recommendation of our CPA . This is to help pay back the USDA loan for the replacement of the main line.
