Important Update Regarding Our Service Rates

Dear Customer,

After careful consideration of the rising operational cost, we consulted with our Texas Rural Water Association (TRWA) representative. He figured our new rate calculations based on the last three years’ averages of audits. As a result of his findings, we regretfully must adjust our rates to keep up with expenses. This is a necessary step to continue to provide you with a Non-Profit water service.

Our current base rate of $65.00 will increase to $82.00, plus tax, along with continuing the debt surcharge of $20.00. The surcharge is for our USDAS loans for all the upgrades like our new pump station new 8” main water line and many other upgrades. Each billing cycle the ...
